Our Box Office team is excited to help! Whether by phone, email, or walk-in, our team is ready to assist with answering all of your event inquiries. Our current hours are as follows:
Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Three hours prior to showtime on days with ticketed events

How to buy tickets:
- Online: Purchase tickets online easily by signing up for an account.
- By phone: Tickets can be purchased over the phone during regular Box Office hours, or by appointment. Contact boxoffice@orillia.ca to schedule.
- In Person: In-person ticket sales can be processed during regular Box Office hours.
- Groups and special rates can be booked via email at boxoffice@orillia.ca.
