Accessibility: Patrons using a wheelchair, walker or who have difficulty with stairs should advise the Box Office (705-326-8011) at the time of ticket purchase. Accessible seating is NOT available online. Visit the Accessibility page for more information.
Arrival: We suggest that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the show.
Babes in arms: Every person must have a ticket in order to be admitted to a performance. This policy applies to everyone, including children and infants. Children of all ages are welcome to enjoy our Family Series shows. We welcome children old enough to enjoy the performance to all other events.
Backstage/on stage after the show and meeting the cast would be lots of fun, but, unfortunately, this is not possible. Visitors are not permitted backstage; no one not in the cast or crew is permitted on stage.
Coat Check: Our theatre doesn't have a coat check.
Dress Code: There is no formal dress code enforced in our theatres. Most of the people you will see in the audience will probably be dressed in a casual style.
Food and drink: Light snacks and an assortment of both nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverages are available before the performance and at intermission in the lobby. Please note the bar closes once the performance is in progress. Food and outside containers are not permitted in the auditorium. All beverages, including alcoholic beverages, will be permitted in the auditoriums. In consideration of other patrons, please refrain from opening candy or gum wrappers during a performance.
Gift Certificates are redeemable in-person at the box office. Gift Certificates do not have an expiry date.
Group discounts are available for most of our events. The minimum size of a "group" discount is 10 persons unless otherwise indicated.
Latecomers: All performances begin promptly as scheduled, and there are no refunds for latecomers. Latecomers will be admitted only at a suitable break in the performance, and seating location will be at the discretion of the management.
Lobby: Each person must have a ticket to enter. Doors to the lobby will open one hour prior to the performance, unless otherwise noted. Doors to the auditorium open 30 minutes prior to the performance. There will always be a house manager on hand to answer questions and assist patrons. Latecomers will be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance before entering the auditorium.
If you lose your tickets, please call the box office as soon as you become aware of the loss: 705-326-8011. Please note, however, that vouchers and replacement tickets will be issued ONLY to the person who bought the ticket in the first place; if you lose tickets purchased or otherwise acquired from a third party, you must ask the original purchaser to make the request.
Mobile devices: Cell phones and other electronic devices should be muted and not used while in the theatre. Photography and recording devices are prohibited inside the auditorium unless otherwise indicated.
Parking: The theatre does not have its own parking lot. There are municipal lots located in the near vicinity. Parking in municipal lots is free after 5:30 p.m. from Monday through Saturday and all of Sunday. The stage door and loading dock, located behind the building on the northwest side, can be reached by turning off of West Street, into the rear parking lot. Please visit the Parking page for a detailed layout.
Picking up Tickets: Anyone collecting pre-purchased tickets at the box office must show the online receipt or give the security number for phone purchases. This rule is to prevent fraudulent use of an improperly obtained credit card number in any telephone or online transaction.
Purchasing tickets in advance: There is no requirement that you purchase advance tickets. You may buy your tickets at the box office as you enter the theatre, but you will be gambling that there are still seats available. Many performances sell out well in advance and you may find that your seating choices are very limited, if there are any remaining seats at all.
Ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Make sure you get the date right when you make your purchase.
